A Fiddly Job
Over the course of the past few weeks we’ve been working on an order for a locally based aerosol company. The product requires each container cap to have a tube attachment, of varying sizes, inserted into the cap before dispatch. Although some of the team members struggled with the technique, dedicated training, encouragement from the staff soon meant that the job has become one of the most popular tasks to work on. Over the course of a month approximately 20,000 caps and tubes are assembled and quality checked.
A real sense of achievement and great source of pride is gained by all those involved in working on the project.
