We share with you below words from an e-mail received by SCB following a visit to the workshop by a potential customer who was viewing the facility for the first time.

‘Many thanks for your time and hospitality this morning. It was great to have a look around your wonderful facility and to meet some of your staff and service users. I can see that you and the other staff members are totally committed, and the quality standards you operate seem on par with anything I see at any other companies I visit. It was lovely to see how much stimulation, interest, training and education your really worthwhile operation provides, and I could tell from the atmosphere and their happy faces just how much the service users enjoy their roles. I found the whole visit very uplifting.’
