Crewe Town Council Business Award

It is with great pleasure and gratitude that we announce, following the ‘Crewe Town Council Mayors Civic Awards Dinner’, that Supported Community Business (adults with additional support needs) Limited received the ‘Crewe Business Award’.  The award, sponsored by The Glasheen Academy, followed an appeal to the public by Crewe Town Council for nominations for ‘an individual or organisation who has demonstrated initiative and enterprise in business in the Town of Crewe’.

Everyone associated with SCB are delighted, and humbled, to receive this award in recognition of the service we provide and wish to express our heartfelt thanks to those who put us forward for the award, the Mayor of Crewe Marilyn Houston, Crewe Town Council, and The Glasheen Academy.  It is an honour to receive this award, a sense of endorsement for the workshop, and fresh encouragement to continue the work we do in the community of Crewe.
