Group Effort

One of the service users favourite tasks returned this week, supplied by Stacey Europe, which commands a lot of team work due to the various stages involved. Without exception all service users are able to carry out at least one of the tasks, which begins with the components having to be broken down and sorted. Further stages involve assembling the units, counting out components, placing these components into bags with a set of instructions, sealing the bags and packing for dispatch. With rotation, wherever possible, service users get to appreciate the need for each other to carry out each step accurately as it moves towards producing the finished product.

Lets hope it won’t be too long before we see this old favourite return again.
