A WARM WELCOME FROM ROTARY

Everyone associated with SCB wish to express their gratitude to members of the Crewe & Nantwich Weaver Rotary Club for their tremendous support over the past twelve months. Retiring Club President, Sandy Cowen, a long time supporter of the workshop through his company Alexandra Paper Supplies, chose SCB as his Charity of the Year, raising funds towards a new warm air blower. Together with incoming Club President, Simon Yates, & other Rotarians from the club, Sandy presented SCB Workshop Manager, Colin Mills, with a cheque for £2,500. Colin said ‘this donation means a great deal to us, as a small local charity, and will make a huge difference to our working environment’. Following the presentation service users extended an invitation to those present to join them for a cuppa, which was enjoyed by all.
